This trial studies whether epidural (back-of-spine) stimulation plus guided resistance training can improve strength and function after a traumatic spinal cord injury. It may help people who have an intact nerve pathway below their injury level and can safely use a rehab exoskeleton.

Who can take part
- You are 18–60 years old and have a traumatic “motor complete” spinal cord injury (SCI), with your injury level at T10 or higher.
- Your leg muscle (knee straightening muscles) must respond to a standard electrical nerve test on the skin (NMES), showing nerves can still work below the injury.
- Your SCI classification must be AIS A or AIS B, meaning weakness/paralysis is below the injury level.
- You must be able to safely position and fit into the rehab device (exoskeleton) and have safe hip/knee range of motion with limited contractures.
- Your blood pressure and ability to sit or stand safely must be stable (no uncontrolled high blood pressure or severe dizziness/low blood pressure when upright).
- You must meet key safety exclusions: no pacemaker/defibrillator, no major unhealed fractures, no major pressure sores, and you can’t be on certain blood thinners you can’t stop.
