Who can take part
- You have scleroderma confirmed by specific 2013 classification criteria
- Recent lung-heart measurements show mean lung artery pressure 21–24 (with low left-sided heart filling pressure)
- Your breathing tests are not too reduced (FEV1/FVC above 50%) and lung volumes are mostly preserved or only mildly affected
- Your scan does not show long-term blocked lung blood vessels (chronic thromboembolism)
- You can safely do a 6-minute walk test
- You are able to sign consent and are 18 or older
