Who can take part

  • You have breast cancer that is estrogen-receptor positive (ER+) and has grown or returned after prior treatment
  • Your cancer is advanced (metastatic or not fully removable by surgery) and measurable on scans
  • You are postmenopausal and have an expected survival of at least 3 months (or 6 months for one group)
  • You can still do daily activities well (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • You have blood or tissue available for biomarker testing from a recent tumor sample
  • Certain common medical problems (like uncontrolled fluid buildup around the lungs/heart or active lung inflammation) are not present
