Who can take part
- Your breast cancer must be ER-positive and HER2-negative (confirmed by a biopsy).
- Your cancer has spread or come back in a different part of the body (advanced or metastatic).
- You have tried at least one hormone therapy that stopped working, or your cancer returned within 1 year of finishing 2+ years of hormone therapy.
- You have had no more than 2 prior chemotherapy treatments for advanced disease.
- You have not used a type of drug called a SERD (except fulvestrant).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured or seen on a scan.
