Who can take part

  • Your breast cancer must be hormone-receptor positive and HER2 negative (a specific type confirmed by biopsy)
  • Your cancer must be advanced or have spread and cannot be cured by surgery or radiation alone
  • You must have received at least one prior cancer treatment
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans
  • You must be in good enough health to tolerate the study drugs (ECOG score of 0 or 1)
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must use birth control if you can become pregnant
