Who can take part

  • You are post-menopausal (commonly based on standard menopause guidelines).
  • You have ER-positive breast cancer that is metastatic or locally recurring and cannot be cured by surgery/radiation.
  • You previously took a CDK4/6 medicine (palbociclib, ribociclib, or abemaciclib) for advanced disease, and you may have had up to 3 treatments after that.
  • Your tumor must be ER-positive and HER2-non-amplified (HER2 is low/negative by test results).
  • You can provide tumor genetic testing results from after progression, or you agree the study can perform testing on available samples.
  • You do not currently have an unstable brain (CNS) cancer problem.
