Who can take part

  • You have relapsed or refractory acute leukemia, meaning it came back or did not improve with standard treatment
  • Your leukemia must have one of these gene changes: KMT2A, NPM1, NUP98, or NUP214
  • Your age fits the study: children 2 to under 18 for the pediatric part, and adults 18+ for the adult part
  • Blood and kidney tests must be within allowed ranges before starting treatment
  • Your heart rhythm test (QTc) must be within allowed limits, and you cannot have Long QT syndrome in your family
  • You must not have certain leukemia types or major exclusions like active brain/spinal cord (CNS) disease
