  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with adult spinal deformity.
  • Your treatment plan is either non-surgical, initial surgery, or repeat surgery for the deformity.
  • You can complete questionnaires in Dutch.
  • You do not have other major spinal conditions (like from injury, infection, or cancer) that would affect the study results.
  • You are willing to provide consent to participate.
