Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older
- You can sign consent (in writing)
- You have higher bleeding risk due to at least one major or two minor bleeding factors (ARC), such as long-term blood thinners, low blood counts, recent bleeding needing hospitalization/transfusion, or other listed conditions
- You are having PCI for an artery narrowing that is confirmed on angiogram and/or special heart testing, or you have a recent heart event like unstable angina/NSTEMI
- Your coronary blockage fits the procedure plan (it’s in a native or bypass vessel, and is suitable for PCI; vessel size must be within the trial limits)
- You are not currently in situations that stop participation, like STEMI, cardiogenic shock, needing bypass surgery, or certain complex artery features
