Who can take part

  • Be over 18 years old and have already had PCI (a heart artery-opening procedure)
  • Have high bleeding risk based on specific criteria (for example, needing long-term blood thinners, very low platelets, recent major bleeding, or prior brain bleeding)
  • Not be actively bleeding at the time the study starts (no ongoing bleeding at baseline)
  • Be able to be followed regularly for the study (including being reachable to report heart events)
  • Not have had major disabling issues that prevent follow-up for outcome tracking (for example, unreachable phone/changed contact without a stable plan)
