Who can take part
- Your back pain has lasted at least 3 months and is not caused by a specific problem like a fracture or tumor
- You have extra body weight: BMI 25 or higher (and not above 39)
- You are currently looking for care for your low back pain
- You can speak Dutch and have internet access on a phone, tablet, or computer
- Your leg pain is not severe (a score lower than 7 out of 10)
- You are not pregnant and haven’t given birth in the past year (and you are not already in a diet or exercise program)
