Who can take part

  • You were diagnosed with limited-stage small cell lung cancer confirmed by lab tests (biopsy/samples).
  • After first chemotherapy plus radiation, your response is remission (complete or partial) by tumor scan rules.
  • You must have a brain MRI within the last 4 weeks that shows no brain or covering-membrane spread.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and your general health score (ECOG) is 0 to 2.
  • Your last cancer treatment must be finished within the past 8 weeks, and you must be expected to live at least 12 weeks.
  • Your blood counts, liver, kidneys, and blood clotting tests must meet the study thresholds.
