Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older.
  • You have colorectal adenocarcinoma that is metastatic or cannot be fully removed with surgery.
  • Your tumor tests show RAS and BRAF are “wild-type,” and you were on first-line treatment that included cetuximab, with scans showing progression.
  • Your general health is good enough (ECOG score 0–2) and you’re expected to live more than 3 months.
  • Your blood counts and organs must be strong enough (for example: neutrophils ≥1.5, platelets ≥100, hemoglobin ≥90; liver, kidney, and heart function within limits).
  • You have at least one measurable cancer spot on imaging and you can sign the informed consent.
