Who can take part

  • You have metastatic colorectal cancer (cancer that has spread).
  • Your first treatment included cetuximab or a similar drug, and it worked well for at least 6 months or shrunk tumors significantly.
  • That treatment has now stopped working (cancer has progressed).
  • You have a specific genetic type: RAS and BRAF genes are normal (wild-type).
  • You are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You are 18 years or older.
