Who can take part

  • You have a stress-related condition (ICD-10 F43.8 or F43.9)
  • You are currently on sick leave
  • You are at risk of needing sick leave
  • You can understand and answer questionnaires in the study’s language
  • You do not have severe physical (somatic) health problems that could interfere with the study
  • You do not have certain serious thinking/mental health problems or major memory/thinking issues that make answering questionnaires difficult
