Who can take part

  • You must be 30 years old or younger.
  • You must have either high-risk neuroblastoma that has come back or not responded to treatment, or a type of brain tumor called DIPG that is newly diagnosed and you are willing to have a biopsy.
  • You need to be in reasonably good health, with enough blood cell counts and good kidney and liver function.
  • You must agree to a biopsy to get tumor material for the treatment.
  • If you have brain involvement and are on steroids, the dose must be stable for at least a week before the biopsy.
  • You must not have a serious infection or other major medical condition that could interfere with the study.
