Who can take part

  • You are between 1 and 26 years old and weigh at least 10 kg (about 22 pounds).
  • You have been diagnosed with DIPG based on brain scans, with or without a biopsy.
  • You have finished standard radiation therapy within the last 6 weeks.
  • You have a special catheter in your brain to deliver the study drug.
  • You are able to have a procedure to collect your white blood cells (leukapheresis).
  • You are generally healthy enough to participate, with stable or improving symptoms.
