Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older, and you have CLL or small lymphocytic leukemia (SLL) confirmed by standard criteria.
- You’ve had at least one non-melanoma skin cancer diagnosed within the last 5 years.
- Your liver blood tests are in acceptable ranges (and if you have Gilbert’s syndrome, specific bilirubin limits apply).
- You are able to use reliable birth control if you could become pregnant (or you are post-menopausal or surgically unable to become pregnant).
- You have NOT had certain cancer treatments recently (no chemotherapy or stem cell transplant in the last 6 months).
- You have NOT taken nicotinamide/niacin supplements in the last 4 weeks, and you have completed skin/retinoid treatments timing rules (washouts may be required).
