Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are currently receiving inpatient (in-hospital) treatment.
  • You have at least one of these diagnoses: heart failure, coronary artery disease, or atrial fibrillation.
  • You can understand the study and provide informed consent.
  • You are not currently in cardiogenic shock or another type of shock during this hospital visit.
  • You have not had a heart transplant and do not have a ventricular assist device (VAD).
