Who can take part
- You have Parkinson’s disease that is the most typical type (idiopathic)
- Your Parkinson’s stage is early (Hoehn and Yahr 1 to 3)
- You can understand Dutch and use a smartphone without major help
- You can walk on your own (no need for another person’s physical support)
- In the last month, you averaged under 7,000 steps per day and you are not very active (up to about 120 minutes/day of sports/outdoor activity)
- You have not had frequent falls in the past 3 months (not weekly)
