Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic HR+ (ER-positive) and HER2-negative breast cancer confirmed from a recent tumor sample.
- You can take fulvestrant, and your treatment plan must include a CDK4/6 inhibitor (palbociclib, ribociclib, or abemaciclib—based on what’s available).
- Your blood counts and organ function (and bone marrow) are strong enough for study medicines.
- You can provide a required tumor tissue sample (FFPE) for testing.
