Who can take part

  • You are a postmenopausal woman aged 18 or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with invasive lobular breast cancer (confirmed by a central lab) that has not been treated yet.
  • Your cancer is hormone-receptor positive (at least 10% cells positive) and HER2-negative.
  • Your cancer is high-risk, meaning it is either at least 2 cm in size or has spread to lymph nodes (confirmed by imaging or biopsy).
  • You have not had any prior treatment for this breast cancer (including hormone therapy, chemotherapy, or targeted therapy).
  • Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your heart, blood, and organ function are within study limits.
