Who can take part
- You can sign an informed consent form (and understand the study).
- You have advanced cancer in an organ/tissue area (a “solid tumor”) that is either resistant to standard treatment or has no standard treatment.
- Your cancer must have measurable or assessable spots on scans; previously irradiated spots usually can’t count as measurable.
- You are age 20 or older and your general condition is good enough (ECOG 0–1).
- Your heart rhythm test (QTcF) must be 470 milliseconds or less at screening.
