Who can take part
- You must be at least 20 years old.
- You have advanced cancer (solid tumor or lymphoma) that has not responded to standard treatments or you cannot receive them.
- Your cancer must be measurable or evaluable on scans.
- You are expected to live at least 3 months.
- You are physically active (able to care for yourself and up and about more than 50% of waking hours).
- You have recovered from side effects of previous treatments (except hair loss).
- Your liver, kidney, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges.
- You have not had certain cancer treatments, surgeries, or other investigational drugs within the past few weeks.
- You do not have untreated or suspected brain metastases.
- You have not had major heart events or heart rhythm problems in the past 6 months.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use effective birth control if applicable.
- You are free from serious infections (HIV, hepatitis B or C) or have controlled viral load.
