Who can take part
- You’re at least 18 years old and able to sign consent.
- Your health status is good enough (ECOG 0–2), and your expected survival is more than 6 months.
- Your prostate cancer is confirmed by pathology reports, and you have metastases that are growing despite hormone therapy that lowers testosterone.
- Your testosterone level is in the castrate range (under 50 ng/dL or under 1.7 nmol/L).
- Your PSMA PET/CT scan shows at least one clear PSMA-targeted spot stronger than the liver within 1 hour of the scan.
- Your blood counts and organ tests are adequate (for example: white cells, platelets, and kidney/liver function) and you must have recovered from prior treatment side effects.
