Larotrectinib plus radiation for thyroid cancer with NTRK fusion

Who can take part

  • You are age 1 or older
  • You have differentiated thyroid cancer, and your thyroid has been removed (thyroidectomy), plus standard local treatment for neck spread
  • Your recent chest CT shows lung tumors that look measurable (many non-calcified nodules or enlarging/discrete nodules)
  • Your tumor has an NTRK gene fusion (NTRK1, NTRK2, or NTRK3) on a certified test, and you do not have a known drug-resistance mutation
  • You must be well enough to participate (Lansky/Karnofsky score at least 50)
  • Your blood counts, kidneys, and liver blood tests must be within allowed limits
