Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This study tests whether a pre-surgery treatment plan that adds neratinib to hormone therapy and trastuzumab can shrink HER2-positive, ER-positive breast cancer before surgery. It may help patients by improving how much cancer is eliminated at the time of surgery.

After breast cancer surgery, test neratinib plus trastuzumab

This trial studies whether adding neratinib to standard trastuzumab treatment after neoadjuvant (before-surgery) therapy lowers the risk of breast cancer coming back. It is for people whose breast cancer is hormone-receptor positive and HER2 positive, with residual cancer found after neoadjuvant treatment.

NCT05638594Recruiting· Phase 2
Neoadjuvant drug study for hormone- and HER2-positive breast cancer

This trial compares two combination treatment plans given before breast surgery (neoadjuvant therapy) for ER-positive and HER2-positive stage II–III breast cancer. It aims to see which plan works better to shrink the tumor and improve outcomes.

NCT06000917Recruiting· Phase 2
Study of combination therapy before surgery for ER+/HER2+ breast cancer

This trial tests a combination of targeted therapies and chemotherapy given before surgery for women with a specific type of breast cancer that is both ER-positive and HER2-positive. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors and improve outcomes.

Targeted therapy before surgery for HER2-positive breast cancer

This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs (pyrotinib and trastuzumab) plus chemotherapy (capecitabine) given before surgery to shrink HER2-positive breast cancer. The goal is to see if this treatment can make the cancer disappear before surgery.

NCT06162559Recruiting· Phase 1
Targeted therapy before surgery for HER2+ breast cancer

This trial tests a combination of three targeted drugs (trastuzumab, pertuzumab, and tucatinib) without chemotherapy before surgery for HER2-positive breast cancer. It aims to see if this approach can shrink tumors effectively while avoiding chemotherapy side effects.
