Who can take part
- You have advanced lung sarcomatoid carcinoma (stage IIIB/IIIC/IV) or non-small-cell lung cancer with a sarcomatoid part
- You have not had prior whole-body (systemic) cancer treatment before—some past surgery/radiation for earlier disease may be allowed if the cancer returned after 6+ months
- A scan shows at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked over time
- Your general health score is ECOG 0–1, and you’re expected to live at least 3 months
- You can provide tumor tissue for biomarker testing (like PD-L1 or DNA testing)
- Your blood counts and key organs (like liver/kidneys) are strong enough for study treatment
