Who can take part
- You are age 8 to 65
- You have advanced or metastatic bone or soft-tissue sarcoma confirmed by biopsy, not a fatty tumor
- You must have lung lesions that doctors can see on scans
- Your cancer did not respond to standard first chemotherapy (based on NCCN guidelines)
- You are able to do most daily activities (ECOG 0–2) and are expected to live more than 3 months
- Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts are in acceptable ranges; blood pressure is normal or controlled
