Who can take part

  • Be an adult (18+) with moderate-to-severe tricuspid valve leaking confirmed on heart ultrasound (echo)
  • Have a sufficiently large tricuspid valve ring size on echo (within the last 90 days)
  • Have symptoms of right-sided heart failure even after optimized medical treatment
  • Have heart pumping strength that is not too low (LVEF at least 30% on echo within 90 days)
  • Have suitable heart/valve anatomy on imaging for this specific device, plus ability to consent and attend follow-ups
  • Not have certain high-risk or blocking conditions, like recent serious heart events, blood clots/infection needing treatment, or problems with ultrasound imaging
