Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and can sign consent for the study
  • You can move about normally (ECOG 0–2)
  • Your breast cancer was confirmed by biopsy and is early stage (T1a–T3, no distant spread)
  • Your tumor is either triple-negative breast cancer, or hormone-receptor positive but with high-risk features (like HER2, lymph node involvement, certain gene tests, or PR-negative)
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney tests are adequate, checked within 30 days of enrolling
  • You have not had cancer treatment for this current breast cancer (like chemo, immunotherapy, radiation to the breast/underarm area)
