Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have HER2-positive breast cancer that hasn't spread beyond the breast or nearby lymph nodes (stages T1c to T3 and N0 to N2).
  • Your tumor must show a HER2-enriched pattern on a special gene test (MammaPrint/BluePrint).
  • You cannot have received any treatment yet for this breast cancer.
  • Your heart function (left ventricle pumping strength) must be at least 50%.
  • Your organs (kidneys, liver, bone marrow) must work well enough, as shown by blood tests.
