Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older.
- Your cancer is intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma confirmed by pathology (biopsy/tissue test).
- Your cancer has spread only within the liver (regional lymph nodes are allowed if they can be removed).
- Your disease is considered too difficult to remove with surgery, and you must be a candidate for anesthesia and a liver artery pump procedure.
- Your overall health is good enough for treatment (ECOG 0–1), and your blood counts and liver/kidney tests meet thresholds.
- You must not have had prior systemic chemotherapy for this bile duct cancer, prior floxuridine (FUDR) treatment, or certain liver radiation/ablation procedures.
