This Phase 2 study tests gemcitabine plus oxaliplatin chemotherapy, and whether adding a chemotherapy pump (with floxuridine and dexamethasone) delivered to the liver improves outcomes. It is for people whose intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma cannot be removed with surgery.

Combined pump therapy and chemo for liver-only colorectal cancer
This trial tests a treatment approach where you receive chemotherapy directly into your liver through a surgically placed pump, combined with standard systemic chemotherapy (given through a vein). The goal is to shrink liver tumors enough so they can be removed later with surgery. It is for people whose colorectal cancer has spread only to the liver and has not been treated before.
