Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older, with one of these diagnoses: metastatic colorectal cancer, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in the liver, or adrenocortical cancer mainly affecting the liver.
- Your cancer doctor must plan a standard chemotherapy course for your cancer type (not starting it until at least 28 days after pump treatment begins).
- Your scans (CT with contrast) must show your liver blood-vessel anatomy can support placing the HAIP pump.
- Your cancer must fit the study’s “measurable” and liver-dominant needs, and (for colorectal cancer) it should not be clearly widespread outside the colon/rectum and liver.
- You must have enough blood counts and key organ function for treatment (blood tests and liver/kidney numbers must meet limits).
- You must sign the consent form and follow strict medication/safety rules, including stopping breastfeeding if you are nursing.
