Who can take part
- You have HER2-positive invasive breast cancer in Stage I, confirmed by special testing.
- Your lymph nodes are either negative (no spread) or have only micrometastases (very tiny spots).
- You must have had your tumor removed with lumpectomy or mastectomy, with clear resection margins.
- You must be able to get ready for study treatment within 90 days after your most recent breast surgery.
- Your health tests must be strong enough for treatment: good blood counts, liver function, and heart function (LVEF at least 50%).
- You can provide tumor tissue samples for research and be willing to sign consent.
