Who can take part
- Be an adult (age 18 or older) and be able to give written consent.
- Have HER2-positive invasive breast cancer that is at least 2 cm (or has involved nearby lymph nodes).
- Have certain hormone receptor test results (ER/PR) done by the local lab, with positivity defined as at least 10% of cells stained.
- Have a healthy-enough heart and organ function: ejection fraction at least 50% and recent blood tests that are within required ranges.
- Be in good general condition (ECOG 0–1) and be able to complete study visits and procedures.
- If you can become pregnant, have a negative pregnancy test and agree to strong birth control methods.
