Who can take part
- You have confirmed prostate cancer from biopsy (at least 10 biopsy samples)
- You can get prostate MRI for staging (checking how far it has spread in the prostate area)
- Your cancer risk fits specific “intermediate unfavorable” or “high risk” categories (based on grade group, PSA, and/or scan/stage details)
- Your scans show no lymph node spread and no distant metastasis (PET/CT and bone scan results must be negative)
- You can do hormone-therapy-related requirements if assigned, and you meet health limits (ECOG 0–2, urine symptom score IPSS 0–15, prostate size under 100cc)
