  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are a patient at the MGH Cancer Center.
  • Your metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) diagnosis was within the last 6 months.
  • Your tumor has a driver gene change such as EGFR, ALK, ROS1, or RET, and you are on targeted therapy.
  • You can read and respond in English or Spanish.
