  • You’re age 20 to 65 and have confirmed moderate to severe ulcerative colitis
  • Your UC diagnosis was made at least 3 months before screening
  • You can and will follow study visits and procedures, and communicate with the study team
  • You can collect, store (with a fridge), and deliver stool samples from home
  • If you can become pregnant, you agree to use reliable birth control or avoid sex during the trial
