Who can take part
- You’re between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your heart attack was the specific type called “ST-elevation” and was your first one.
- You had the main heart procedure (primary PCI) within 12 hours of symptom onset.
- You did not have long-term (“chronic”) heart failure before joining the study.
- You can take the study medicines or you have no known problems/tolerance issues with ARNI or ACE inhibitor medicines (including drug allergies).
- You can safely do the planned heart imaging (including MRI if needed) and you can hold your breath during scans.
