Who can take part
- You have heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (your heart's pumping ability is less than 35%).
- You are already taking guideline-directed medical therapy (standard heart failure medications) and can tolerate them.
- You do not have any reason you cannot take ARNI (a type of heart failure medication).
- You do not have a significant mitral valve problem or a prosthetic mitral valve.
- You do not have an irregular heartbeat (atrial arrhythmia) or a pacemaker.
- You are willing to comply with medication and follow-up visits, and have a good echocardiogram (ultrasound of the heart) window.
