Who can take part

  • You must have stage 3B or 4 non-small cell lung cancer.
  • You must not have certain gene changes (EGFR, ALK, ROS1) that are usually treated with other drugs.
  • You must be starting or have recently started a standard immunotherapy drug (PD-1 or PD-L1 blocker), with or without chemotherapy, and had no more than 4 cycles so far.
  • You must have tumor tissue available for testing from a recent biopsy or from a previous sample.
  • You must agree to have extra blood drawn for research on circulating tumor DNA.
  • You must have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell counts, and be at least 18 years old.

Testing a new drug combo for advanced lung cancer
