Who can take part
- You must have stage 3B or 4 non-small cell lung cancer.
- You must not have certain gene changes (EGFR, ALK, ROS1) that are usually treated with other drugs.
- You must be starting or have recently started a standard immunotherapy drug (PD-1 or PD-L1 blocker), with or without chemotherapy, and had no more than 4 cycles so far.
- You must have tumor tissue available for testing from a recent biopsy or from a previous sample.
- You must agree to have extra blood drawn for research on circulating tumor DNA.
- You must have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell counts, and be at least 18 years old.
