- You are an adult (18 years or older).
- You have had a stroke diagnosis.
- Your stroke was recent: either within 4 months (starting from the day it happened) or about 3 months after the stroke (for the primary care group).
- You can answer the study questions.

- You use BankID (the Swedish digital identity/sign-in service).
