  • You are 18 years or older
  • You were admitted to the hospital with an acute ischemic stroke, brain bleeding, or aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage
  • Your MRI/CT scan confirms the specific type of stroke or bleeding
  • You can do the first study visit (in person or by phone) within 6 weeks of symptom start
  • You (or a legal proxy) can give informed consent
  • You were fluent in English or Spanish before the stroke
