Who can take part
- You are a woman ages 18 to 70
- You have stage I invasive breast cancer: tumor is 2 cm or less and lymph nodes are negative (N0)
- Your tumor is HER2-positive on testing (HER2 3+, or HER2 0–2+ with a confirmatory FISH “amplified” result)
- Your heart function is strong (LVEF above 50%), and you do not have serious uncontrolled heart/brain circulation problems in the past 6 months
- Your blood, liver, and kidney tests are adequate (including neutrophils, platelets, and creatinine clearance over 50 ml/min)
- You can safely follow the study plan and agree by signing consent
