Who can take part
- You have HER2-positive breast cancer (hormone receptor status can be positive or negative)
- Your cancer stage is I, II, or III
- You planned and received neoadjuvant therapy (before surgery) with chemotherapy plus trastuzumab and pertuzumab
- You had breast surgery after finishing the pre-surgery treatment
- Your recovery status is ECOG 0 to 3 (you can still do some daily activities)
- For the randomization part: your surgery test shows ypT0 or ypTis and ypN0 (no remaining tumor in the breast and no lymph node spread)
