Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and sign the study consent form for your specific treatment group.
  • Your colon or rectal cancer must be confirmed by tissue testing, and it must have spread to other parts of the body (metastatic disease).
  • Your tumor must have specific biomarker/mutation results from an approved lab test (or a blood test like FoundationOne Liquid CDx) done before or during screening.
  • You must be able to do most normal activities (ECOG 0–1) and have at least a 3-month expected lifespan as judged by the study doctor.
  • You must have measurable cancer on scans (a “target” spot that can be tracked).
  • You must have enough blood, liver, and kidney function on screening labs, and be well enough to follow the study plan.
