Who can take part
- You have liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) confirmed on a scan (CT/MRI) or by biopsy
- You are age 18 or older
- Your daily functioning is good (ECOG score 0 to 2)
- Your liver is working fairly well (Child-Pugh A5 to B8, but not worse)
- The tumor area fits the plan: one lesion up to 5 cm or up to 3 lesions total
- Your tumor(s) can be treated with both the liver procedure and the image-guided radiation
