Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You must have been diagnosed with CLL or SLL.
- You have not had any previous treatment for CLL/SLL (except for steroids or rituximab for autoimmune problems).
- Your disease is active and needs treatment, such as showing symptoms like weight loss, extreme tiredness, fevers, night sweats, or enlarged spleen or lymph nodes.
- You can swallow tablets or capsules.
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges.
- If you are HIV positive, your viral load must be undetectable and you must be on antiretroviral therapy.
